Zachary (Zach) Koszyk provides psychotherapy for children (6+), adolescents, adults, and families. He specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use issues and diagnoses. He utilizes an eclectic approach that centers on providing strength-based, trauma informed, compassionate therapy services with focuses on eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Zach is currently accepting new clients and referrals.
Zach works with the following populations:

- Persons who experience ADHD and executive functioning difficulties;
- Anxiety and depressive symptoms;
- Folks who have experienced complex trauma;
- Men’s issues;
- Persons who struggle with anger experience and expression;

- Latino/a persons seeking a Spanish-speaking therapist;
- and various other populations.
Zach will collaborate with you to develop a specific treatment plan and goals that addresses your needs.
He is a trained EMDR therapist through EMDRIA and has experience in child-centered play therapy. Zach strives to foster a caring, curious, compassionate, and courageous therapeutic relationship.
